Join us for an unforgettable Peruvian cooking experience, where you’ll learn to prepare some of the most iconic and flavorful dishes from Peru’s rich culinary tradition. Guided by expert chefs, this hands-on class will take you on a journey through the bold spices, fresh seafood, and ancestral techniques that define Peruvian cuisine.


What You’ll Cook:

    •    Ceviche: Master the art of making Peru’s most famous dish—fresh fish marinated in citrus, infused with ají peppers, and perfectly balanced with Andean and coastal flavors.

    •    Octopus in Anticuchera & Pachamanca Sauce: Experience the fusion of land and sea with tender octopus drizzled in a smoky, spiced anticuchera sauce and an herbaceous, earth-inspired Pachamanca sauce.
