Rise to the Occasion and Learn the Art of Sourdough

Join us for a hands-on sourdough bread-making workshop with Sanju and discover how to create delicious artisan bread completely from scratch — from starter to bake.

What to Expect:This is an active, hands-on experience where you’ll learn how to mix, knead, stretch, fold, and score your dough. You’ll prepare your own batch to take home and bake, while Sanju demonstrates the process using pre-made dough (so you can enjoy freshly baked sourdough right on the spot!).

All materials will be provided, including your own starter kit essentials (a $25 value) and a recipe card to guide you at home.

Please note: you’ll be standing for most of the workshop, so wear comfortable shoes and attire.

To transport your dough, you will need to bring a 12" mixing bowl, clean dishtowel to cover dough, and a notepad for notes (optional).
