Join us for a delicious, hands-on charcuterie workshop led by Private Chef Nicole Pacheco. This interactive experience is all about learning how to build a beautifully balanced and eye-catching charcuterie board from start to finish.
Chef Nicole will guide you through selecting meats, cheeses, fruits, spreads, and accompaniments, while sharing tips on flavor pairing, presentation, and board styling. You’ll create your own board during the class, enjoy wine pairings along the way, and learn techniques you can easily recreate at home for entertaining or special occasions.
Each participant will receive a slate charcuterie platter to take home, along with the confidence to design your own stunning boards.
